A Walk with Serpotta
On this walk to discover the Baroque style of Palermo, you will be ‘virtually’ guided by Giacomo Serpotta, the most illustrious stucco artist in Europe, and creator of extraordinary and unique Baroque decorations. After visiting one of his most important oratories, you will walk to Piazza San Domenico, otherwise known as the Pantheon of Illustrious People. Then you will be guided through the narrow streets of the historic centre to one of the most famous markets with its colours, smells and abbanniate, the cries of Palermo’s merchants. Here you will visit another small Baroque jewel and a laboratory of antique patisserie where you could try one sweet treat offered by Arianna. Then, after walking to the Cathedral, the tour will end in one of the monumental squares of Palermo.
The Women of Palermo
A beautiful walk through the streets of the historic centre to discover the women of Palermo. Each stage will be linked to a special woman to retrace the history of illustrious female characters, key players in the religious, cultural, historical and artistic scene of past, modern and contemporary times. Some names: Eloisa Martorana, Maria Sofia Messana, the women of Serpotta, Rosa Balistreri, Letizia Battaglia.
Palermo en plein air
An itinerary that offers the opportunity to explore the most unconventional squares and narrow streets of the historic centre. Starting from Piazza Marina with its majestic Ficus, the largest tree in Europe, we continue towards the so-called Kalsa, to discover its murals. After visiting a square that is rarely included in the tourist circuits, we arrive at one of the eight monumental representations of the Genius of Palermo, to discover the stories and legends of our ancient numen and lay patron. The tour continues towards the Cala to breathe sea air and explore the modern waterfront. Finally, always following an unconventional route, the tour ends at Piazza Verdi, in front of the Massimo Theatre.
The Florio Dynasty
You will start the tour with a walk through the Vuccirìa market, where you will visit the first place of this itinerary, a remarkable example of Catalan Gothic architecture in Palermo. Your walk through the historic centre will continue following the exploits and places linked to the first generation of Florios. At the end of the tour, follow Arianna’s suggestions for an aperitif or a light lunch in the area.
Palermo Belle Époque
A tour to discover some of the most significant sites of the so-called Belle Epoque, the two decades between the 19th and 20th centuries in which Sicily lived its golden age and in which the second generation of the Florios were among the most illustrious personalities. The walk takes its inspiration from the ‘Best Liberty City’ award granted to the city of Palermo in 2024 to reward its efforts in preserving the architectural heritage of this particular variant of Art Nouveau (Liberty). You will start from the city center to discover some Art Nouveau buildings that survived the infamous ‘sack of Palermo’, and then visit two villas belonging to the most powerful families of the time.
Sea by Land
A few kilometres from Palermo, enjoy a unique experience surrounded by wild nature, splendid views, coves and snorkelling. After reaching Capo Zafferano by van, you will take a short hike along the scenic trail until you reach the ancient abandoned lighthouse. Finally, you can take a dip at the Scarpone island, particularly suitable for snorkelling enthusiasts, or swim in the first cove on the way, which is the closest and most picturesque thanks to its colours and geographical position.

You will start the day by picking fresh lemons directly from the tree, then you will continue with the processing of the lemons: from cleaning to peeling and maceration, our experts will reveal to you all the secrets to obtain the best limoncello. In the second stop, we will learn about a small “made in Sicily” brand whose products combine design and craftsmanship... an object attracts us when we discover in it an identity and a story that we would like to belong to forever, especially if it is made for men and women who want to make a difference.
